MOViL is developed by the innovator to cater the interest and needs of students which are less likely provided by printed SLMs. It is an educational innovation to supplement DepEd-prescribed SLMs. Hence, the website was made in adherence to the department’s Mission to allow students learn in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, safe and motivating environment, while teachers constantly nurture every learner, administrators and staff ensure an enabling and supportive environment, and family, community, and other stakeholders share responsibility for developing lifelong learners; and to its Vision to continuously improves itself to better serve its stakeholders.
