Division PPST-COI and PPST-NCOI Information Page

This information page is created as an avenue for downloading and uploading of the electronic forms related to the conduct of PPST-COI, otherwise known as the Demonstration Teaching evaluation, and the PPST-NCOI, also known as the Teacher's Reflection evaluation, which are two (2) important criteria in the screening of Teacher I applicants under DepEd Order No. 007 series of 2023.

NOTE:  Downloading and uploading of electronic forms can be possible ONLY with DepEd accounts.

REMINDERS: Before downloading the PPST-COI and PPST-NCOI Evaluation Apps, kindly read first the important things related to the evaluation of the Demonstration Teaching and the Teacher's Reflection evaluation.

During the Initial Evaluation, each applicant has been given the Application Stubs that contain the unique Application Code and the position being applied for, without the applicant's name.  Asking for applicant's identification card shall be done as part of the verification procedure after entering the Application Code into the PPST-COI and PPST-NCOI Evaluation Apps; otherwise, the Apps will not work.  Additionally, the verification procedure can help in ensuring  NOT ONLY data veracity (transparency purposes) but also verifiable proof in the event of any PPST-COI or PPST-NCOI evaluation complaints.

A document containing the suggested procedures in the conduct of the PPST-COI and PPST-NCOI evaluation is included in the PPST-COI and PPST-NCOI Evaluation Apps. 

NOTE:  There is NO Evaluation Practice Kit.  For the ICT Member who would like to practice using the Apps, they may do so with the downloaded Apps.  However, after the practice they should delete the folders in the Desktop that are automatically created by the Apps, including the used PPST Evaluation Apps as well, and download a fresh copy of the Apps during the official evaluation sessions.
