Pila ES practices the “We Teach, and We Lead with a Heart” philosophy as its guiding principle to be effective and efficient in the field. By supporting the SULONG EDUKALIDAD, the DepEd’s battle cry, teachers in Pila ES always manifest child-centeredness in every moment of their teaching-learning sessions. In doing so, pupils become more confident and inspired to perform their best. By providing a positive and healthy environment, pupils feel more secure and valued.

As Brian Tracy once said, “Goals are the fuel in the furnace of achievement.” Pila ES confidently believes that all these goals will never remain as goals, it will surely come to its achievement through the willing hearts and helping hands of the principal, teachers, staff, pupils, parents, and other stakeholders. Pila Elementary School will continue to be number 1 through working as one!
Amidst this peculiar time of Covid -19 Pandemic, Pila Elementary School sets guidance to be followed by our Teaching and Non-Teaching staffs, learners, stakeholders and community. Aligned to SDO Laguna Enhanced BE- LCP 2021-2022, Pila ES operational guidelines show how services shall be delivered to our clientele this coming school year.
