Pagsangjan Elementary School is located in the vast river crossing where two different river stream meet each other so called the "Pinagsangahan" name from the old Legend of "Dumagat Tribes" so, it is called Pagsangjan.

is formerly named primary since it was umbrella to Camatchile ES and headed by Mr. Christopher Correa. The school offers only grades 1-3 level and pioneered of many teachers that are truly remarkable service in the Department of Education to deliver learning in such a distance and dangerous place isolated in a 20-25km walk underneath the footbridge mountain and terrains. Now the school offers KINDER - 6TH Level in elementary, digitally awakened, thanks to DEPED COMPUTERIZATION PROGRAM - The school lighted up its awareness in technology that the pupils from Kinder- Grade 6 are now using the Solar Powered Laptops and Tablets and lighted up the two (2) school buildings with five (5) classroom partitions.
the school also actively adopted by many NGO's and Private Individuals that annually delivers assistance, food, supplies, goods and even the devices to be used conveniently by the teachers in teaching integrated by technology.
the also received teaching assistance from the agency named DOST so called DOST-CEST whereas, the teaching aids interactively using a bundle of lessons inside the box with lots of activity and lessons from Grade 1-6 levels. This Teaching Aid is also powered by a Solar Modules.

Ang paaralan na ito ay nag-aalok sa bawat mag-aaral na katutubong dumagat ng isang pribelehiyo na sila ay makapag-aral ng walang anumang gastos, kabilang ang school supplies sa bawat mag-aaral, mga donasyong para lamang sa bata at kanilang mga magulang. Mabuti ring tinututukan ang bawat mag-aaral sa kanilang pag-aaral, mga katutuhang pang kaisipan, kalusugan at pagsaalang-alang sa kanilang kulturang kinagisnan, mahusay din sinusubaybayan ang mga nakatapos sa elementarya pagtungtong ng highschool.
