Attention to all Teaching, Non-Teaching, Admin, and SPTA. 

Later po ay open po ako magbigay ng Technical Assistance sa mga nahihirapan at naguguluhan pa po sa kanilang tasking sa Punturin SHS DRRMC. I also invite our partner, BFP Substation Punturin & Brgy. Punturin DRRM Focal Kagawad Dolot para makapag-share din po sila (kung sakaling makapunta po sila).

Ang ating oras po sa NSED ay 3:30 onwards, kaya napansin niyo po na vacant po kayo ng 1 hour on that. Make sure po na tapos na ang mga bata sa exam before 3:15 am para makapag-prepare din po sila ng kanilang mga kailangan at ito po ang mga sumusunod.  

1. Hard Hats, 2. Section Emergency Go Bags, 3. Personal Emergency Pouch or Kit, 4. Whistle, 5. Attendance & DRRM Monitoring Form. 6. Placard ng kanilang section

For our School Community Staff (Teaching, Admin, Non - Teaching, and SPTA)

1. Vest, 2. Hard Hats, 3. Emergency Go Bag Per Office, 4. Mga needed niyo pong paraphernalia on your respective tasks, 5. Personal Emergency Kits, 6. Radio (sa mga nabigyan na kaya please morning shift pabigay sa afternoon partner ang radio and palabelan, salamat), 7. Megaphone (Pasuyo po watchmen pacharge na po yung 2, salamat)

The core function of bawat isa ay isesend ko po d2 from the classroom, to emergency exits, to evacuation camps.

And kagandahan naman sa DRRMC Org, lahat tayo kasama, and ito ay rotation.

Pangalawa po sa ating mga G11 advisers and Grade Level Chair: provide 3 copies of Family Reunification Plan po per section. 

Sa ating mga SPTA, pa-advise ang mga parents na makaka-attend, padala po ang kanilang mga Fetcher Card to practice ang palitan every time na may drill or totoong sunog or lindol.

And remember po, sa ating Family Reunification Plans: sa Emergency Pick-Up, sa Punturin Wes Arena (Evacuation Area), pero sa Meet-up po, need po ng parents na magbigay kasi we only have 72 hours or 3 days to hold them off.

Worst-case scenario, we need to leave them, kung may turn over sa brgy. The better pero pag wala, at least may communication plan at meeting place ang bawat bata, at kahit paano aware po tayo dun.

Pangatlo po, all Teaching, Non-Teaching, Admin, and SPTA, required po kayong alamin kung ano po ang need ninyong gawin. 

Pag wala pong ginagawa, see to it po na ma-help po tayo, lalo na po sa actual. 

Make sure din po paassist sila Ma'am Sheryn lalo't magdadala po sila ng tents, whiteboard, fire extinguishers, foldable tables, tapes, and mga tarpapel, and magsetup ng 1st command post/triage (situated sa may watchment), and 2nd command post / 2nd triage sa wes arena sa loob right wing. 

We are also required to have our vests, whistles, hard hats, and emergency go bags bawat offices na katabi po natin sa mga offices po natin at dadalhin palabas. Kasama din po ang visitors, and nasa farm - aralan to participate in the multi-hazard drill and will be added sa workforce.

Sa Relief Unit po natin—Canteen Unit—sana po may isang black box (minimum po, kung kaya po dagdagan, the better po) na po tayo ng biscuits and water bottle supplies po. Ilalabas din po namin ang supplies. Alam ko po na may na-stock na. Thanks po sa Lovelace kay Sir @Peter Simon Belisario. Yung supposedly for evac or nabahaan last year, yun na muna ang stock.

Pangapat po once na nakalabas na sa ground zero ang primary focus is to do our tasks and provide needs sa evacuation camp or mga posts / triage, like hindi maayos ang pila, kulang sa help ang communication unit / sslg tulungan po natin, hirap po ang evac unit sa pagcollect ng data maghelp po tayo or ang medical or treatment unit / rcy and kung ano pa ang need. 

So meron po tayong primary tasks, and ang secondary tasks are to assist the gaps or kulang natin. 

Btw, po ang scope natin is from 1st command post to 2nd triage, and Evacuation Camp.

Lastly, provide the initiative na nakikita ninyong needs during a series of unannounced earthquakes or multihazard drills, from preparatory up to actual simulations, and a family reunification plan.

Start na po ito mmya hanggang sa maging bahagi na po ito ng ating muscle memory, maestablish ang resistance towards multi-hazard, and maincrease ang ating coping and adaptive capacity. 

Pa-disseminate na lang po sa mga GC ng mga bata and Auxiliary Clubs (La Escala & Ang Talaro, SSLG, RCY, BSP, GSP, Guidance Club) involved.

And last po to our GLC, print po kayo ng isang copy ng eval form. Every time na may biglang mga bisita, may copy po dapat kayo nito. Yung file po is DM 01971. 

Good luck po sa lahat and sana maraming mag-survive or walang mapahamak kung sakaling magkaroon man. 

Btw wala po akong maririnig na hindi po nabasa ah, basa po tayo lahat and embody it kasi responsibilidad po ng lahat ang DRRR as per legal basis on RA 10121.

Nakita niyo po yung makipot na daan sa harap ng DRR Training Area. Doon po ang daan, ah. 

And wala na po tayo dapat na report na natatapakan ang kamay ng bata, juskolord pagsabihan ang mga SHS kasi ang lalaki tapos tatapakan kamay ng mga bata mas matured sila and they should have more critical thinking and awareness kumpara sa bulingit na mga kinder to G6.

Ma'am @Angela Novejas, deploy mo din pala mga Guidance mo na bata para maghelp sa PFA ng mga nagaanxiety or panic attack.
