One Butuan, One Portal maintains a database of education statistics, sector and personnel performance indicators and profile of 15 districts, 139 public schools, 62 private schools and 86 learning centers of Butuan City Division.
It is a web-based system designed to enhance information management at all levels of the education system (school, district and division)within Butuan City Division through streamlined processes and use of information and communication technologies.
The One Butuan One Portal aims to achieved the following objectives:
to deliver relevant and accurate information/data to district supervisors and division focal persons as basis for monitoring and evaluation and provision of tailored-fit technical assistance to school heads and education managers in the school level.
to improve the collection of data from the schools and efficiently render delivery of data/information to various stakeholders, support information requirements for planning, quality assurance, monitoring & evaluation and other decision-making activities at the division level
to provide a venue for sharing, using and reusing knowledge within DepED Division of Butuan City through improving access to data/information.
