It is the responsibility of our school to foster an environment that encourages learners to be excited about learning, challenges them to be the very best they can be and celebrates each child as an individual. It is our belief that a strong partnership between home, school, and community as well is vital to the success of our learners. The collaborative efforts of our incredibly dedicated, committed, and talented staff & parents only serve to enhance the elementary experience for our children. It is our goal to nurture healthy, socially, morally and God abiding, responsible citizens who recognize themselves as valuable members of our school & global community even in times of uncertainty.

Virtual INSET for Teachers 2021

In-Service Training for Teachers is one of the available programs of the Department of Education (DepEd) that is used to improve the quantity and quality level of teachers in various levels especially in this time of crisis. With the advent of new technologies in the field of education, everything has been replaced with virtual ones.

This years’ virtual INSET for teachers with the use of different software provides a nearly identical teaching experience for teachers. This also gives a better learning experience for all learners and a new avenue for teachers to deliver the teaching-learning process in this time of uncertainty.

The different innovative tools used have taken teacher-learner interaction to a whole new level, because as the saying goes “an engaged learners are better learners”.

Shifting from face-to-face teaching to different platforms and modalities is a very challenging role both on the teacher and the learner. Many factors are to be considered. Pen and paper are now replaced with clicking, browsing the net and face time. Internet connectivity is now a must in today’s new brave normal kind of education.

The INSET paved way teachers, to learn and adapt different online techniques and applications to be used in the delivery of the lesson.

The five-day training, provided teachers all the learnings and appropriate program or application to be used in different subject matter as they deliver their lessons to the pupils.
