Phase 1 Assessment

The Phase 1 Assessment is extended until June 28, 2026. Please adhere to the following guidelines: 

a) Participants shall take and pass the centrally administered domain-based assessment(s). 

b) A passing score of at least seventy percent (70%) shall be required as a prerequisite for progression to Phase 2. Specifically, you must earn at least: 

• Domain 1 - 17 out of 24 points to pass

• Domain 2 - 17 out of 24 points to pass

• Domain 3 - 23 out of 32 points to pass

• Domain 4 - 23 out of 32 points to pass

• Domain 5 - 14 out of 19 points to pass

c)     Participants are expected to uphold the highest standards of honesty and professional integrity. This assessment must be completed independently; any form of cheating, sharing of questions, or unauthorized collaboration is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from distributing assessment content to others, as failure to comply may result in disqualification from the program.
