I can't access my Google and Microsoft Account
Check you Username and Password maybe your credential doesn't match
Check your browser settings, always clear your browser cache memory. Control + H > Clear past history
I don't have a Google and Microsoft Accounts

It seems that my account (Google/Microsoft) is being accessed by others
If you feel that someone is using your account, change your password immediately or report it to ictu.sdoval@deped.gov.ph to avoid cyber-attack.
Who can reset my student password?
Only the ICT Coordinator can reset a learner's password. Contact the school account administrator(ICT Coordinator) for reset and re-updating of account.
The learner doesn't have a Gmail and Microsoft account
The account administrator will coordinate the request for learners with no account. The ICT Unit will consolidate the account creations to be submitted to the ICTS Central Office.
My learner's account has an admin role
The account administrator will submit those learners' account with admin role to the ICTU for re-assignment of roles
Do I need to use my DepEd Gmail/Microsoft account in opening the forms being sent to us by the DO/RO and CO?
YES, always use your government account in accessing government data this should be practice within DepEd Organization.
What are my Duties and Responsibilities as ICT Coordinator in my School
Maintain the effective use of E-Classroom/ICT Lab;
Monitor the utilization of E-classroom including other ICT devices (laptops, projectors, etc.);
Report problems /concerns about ICT packages in schools to the supplier and Division Information Technology Officer.
Facilitate the early submission of the different online forms and Information Systems provided by the Information Technology Unit and Information and Communication Technology Service such as.

DepEd Computerization Program Management & Reports
Electronic School Information Management System
Provide technical assistance to school head, class advisers, co-teachers, pupils/students with regards to different ICT teaching and learning, school operations and professional development.

School Monitoring Evaluation and Assessment (SMEA)
Enterprise Human Resource Information System (EHRIS)
Is my ICT Coordinator-ship has an equivalent of one (1) teaching load?
