Individual Transition Plan Modifications were based on learners needs. Livelihood Skills  Package, Entrepreneurial Package and Enrichment Package in the learner's ITP thru Life Skills and Care Skills  Package were integrated. Mainstreaming  of some  SNEd Learners in Technology and Livelihood Education and Music, Arts, Physical Education & Health Class during 3rd and 4th quarter serves as additional adaptation to attain other competencies in  Care Skills and Enrichment Package.
