Photocopy of Birth Certificate or any equivalent legal document (baptismal certificate, barangay certification)
For Grade 1 Pupils:
Photocopy of Birth Certificate or any equivalent legal document (baptismal certificate, barangay certification)
Kindergarten ECD/ECCD Certificate
For Transferees:
Photocopy of Birth Certificate or any equivalent legal document (baptismal certificate, barangay certification)
SF 9 or Report Card
For Incoming Grade 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 Pupils:
Please contact your previous adviser thru text, call, or private message to confirm your enrolment for the next grade level. You are automatically enrolled.
