Based on Requirement # 2, I have already developed a table of specifications (TOS) and a sample of 20 to 40 test items that best measures the proficiency level of my students in the learning area I am teaching. These requirements help me a lot in making a table of specifications for a test question.
From Requirement # 1, I used one-quarter that I'd like to consider. Using the corrected cognitive process dimension for each learning competency on the subject and grade level you are handling, I have already identified the appropriate assessment method and I provide at least one (1) sample test item for each learning competency under selected-response and constructed-response formats. I Provide as well as assess for teacher observation and self-assessment.
