Leadership comes in may forms from the teachers who instruct students to the administrator who oversee day-to- day operations of the school.

Sir Ronaldo A. Contreras, School Principal of Mapulang Lupa Elementary School works hard to ensure that he is doing what he feels best for all his teachers and for the school as well. He steps up to fill in holes as needed. In short, he is truly a great leader.

On top of this, Sir Ronaldo A. Contreras or 'Sir Ronald' as he prefers to be called, is the current School Principal III of Mapulang Lupa Elementary School. He is an agent of improvement as he leads MLES into an effective learning community.
