Manjuyod, a second class municipality in the province of Negros Oriental, Philippines, has two districts that belong to the Division of Negros Oriental. Manjuyod I District is one of the two.
Manjuyod I District was officially established and recognized in June 2013. The previously mentioned district's first Public Schools District Supervisor was Leonivel L. Secusana. The district is composed of 14 Elementary Schools and 3 Secondary Schools. The elementary schools that belong to Manjuyod I District are Campuyo Elementary School, San Jose Elementary School, Sampiniton Elementary School, Dungo-an Elementary School, Sotero A. Singco Memorial Elementary School, Sagrada Elementary School, Mandalupang Elementary School, Matambok Elementary School, Kayotesan Elementary School, Lamogong Elementary School, Lucay Elementary School, Managba Elementary School, and Tanglad Elementary School. The secondary schools are Kauswagan High School, Panciao High School, and Sampiniton Provincial Community High School.
Manjuyod I District currently has a total of 170 teaching personnel including TICs; it includes 34 male and 136 female. There are 10 item school heads, 4 male and 6 female.
Since 2016 up to the present, 2021, Hazel E. Argoncillo is the Public Schools District Supervisor of Manjuyod I District.
HAZEL E. ARGONCILLO
PSDS-Manjuyod I District
Hazel Elum Argoncillo, Filipino, was born on June 3, 1974. She is married to Ramil M. Argoncillo and lives with their daughter, Ramzhel Mae E. Argoncillo in Ayungon, Negros Oriental.
Hazel graduated as Class Valedictorian both in Elementary and High School. She continued her tertiary education at Foundation University and took up Bachelor of Elementary Education. Hazel graduated with flying colors as Presidential Awardee. She continued her graduate studies at STI-West Negros University.
In July 1, 1996, Hazel was officially hired in the Department of Education-Division of Negros Oriental. In 2011, she was awarded by the Department of Education-Division of Negros Oriental as the Division Outstanding Employee. In 2014, she was awarded as the Division Outstanding School Head of the same Division. In 2019, Hazel garnered two awards, Most Functional Library both in Elementary and High School and Most Outstanding GPP Implementer. Since 2011 up to the present, 2021, she is the Chairman of the NORAA and CVIRAA Food Committee.
Hazel is the Public Schools District Supervisor in Manjuyod I District of the Division of Negros Oriental from 2016 up to the present, 2021. The said District is composed of 14 Elementary Schools and 3 Secondary Schools with 170 Teaching Personnel including TICs.
