As mandated in the Division Memorandum No. 110, s. 2021, the office announced the conduct of the Oath-Taking Ceremony for the Newly-hired/Promoted Teaching/Non-Teaching Personnel on March 2, 2021 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at Negros Oriental High School Gymnasium, Dumaguete City. The ceremony was led by the Schools Division Superintendent of the Division of Negros Oriental, Senen Priscillo P. Paulin, CESO V. Original copies of their appointments shall be given during the ceremony. The participants were advised to wear Smart Business Casual Attire and required to bring the Certification of first day of service and copy of Panunumpa ng Katungkulan.

The participants of the activity from Manjuyod I District are Mar Lill R. Mariot and Jose Mari B. Acabal from Panciao High School and Mildred E. Mugatar from Kauswagan High School who are all promoted to Teacher III. Florame B. Cabildo, a newly-hired Teacher I in Lamogong Elementary School, also participated the activity.

All the participants were mandated to comply with the health protocols specifically the wearing of face mask and face shield all throughout the conduct of the activity.
