In   July 1948, the first Grade I class was formally organized in Malipampang through the initiative of good leader in the barrio in the person of Mr. Alberto Violago who was then the Chief of Police of San Ildefonso and who, after some years became a Mayor of our town.

Without any school site and school buildings, the first teacher, Miss Elena Ubaldo, held her Grade I class under the house of Mr. Jose Toledo situated near the barrio chapel. After a year, another teacher, Miss Lourdes Talusan was hired who held the Grade II class in the barrio chapel. For three years there was no school building.

        In 1952, Mr. Alberto Violago was able to ask help from the Municipality and the barrio folks to construct a three room school building which housed the grade III,IV and V classes during the next school year in 1953. The School site behind the barrio chapel where the building was constructed was donated by Mr. Lupo Villaceran. The other two classes remained in the barrio chapel.

        In 1954, another barrio leader, Mr. Inocencio Payumo donated an adjacent lot to the school where another school building was constructed in 1955, which housed the six classes. Then Malipampang Primary School under the Head Teacher, Miss Elena Ubaldo became a complete Elementary School under  a new Head in the person of Mr. Fermin Verdillo.
