The State of Education

The state of education within the school brought up our learners to become a responsible citizens of our community with proper knowledge and practical skills that can be used in their future career and personal development. Our school is one of the Top Performing School in the District of San Ildefonso South, with 25 competent teachers and one efficient school head. Many contests and Division/Community projects has been won and implemented by the school respectively. Through the efforts of all stakeholders, the most challenging pandemic years has been coped up where every leaners’ education continuously molded and develop through the effort of learners, parents and teachers. Moreover, on the next six years, this school plan with developed projects and programs will lead everyone to the peak of success and to the achievement of the set goals and targets.

School Improvement Plan (SIP) improves shared governance by giving school and community stakeholders the chance to jointly develop and choose actions to address priority improvement areas. It becomes the Malipampang Elementary School roadmap that lays down the school's specific solutions to correspond the needs of the learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel and the external stakeholders to give excellent and quality education for all. It demonstrates a clear and focused school improvement priorities and gives everyone involved in the school community a direction with a sense of purpose as they work to achieve the specified goals. It is a 6-year plan of Malipampang ES for FY 2022-2028 that is crafted and designed to provide continuous effective learning environment, quality education and build resilient learners who can build our community to the peak of its progress and contribute to the development of our country. In addition, the different programs that have been implemented for the past five years brought our school to its progress and also it led to a more challenging situations when the pandemic arrived on the past two years. The Malipampang ES SIP make this as an instrument to strive more and give the best to our learners and to the rest of the community. Based on the significant data and evidences, this SIP will efficiently address all the key challenges and how the school strategic directions/interventions become a most powerful tools through responsive school governance, efficient curriculum instruction and systematic management system.

Flagship Program

Even before the threat of COVID-19 pandemic, the Malipampang ES always anchored on the vision and mission mandated by the Department of Education. Our School Head and Teachers keep on giving their best to offer quality educational services and to connect every learning gaps and losses as problem arises along the way. This SIP will give a roadmap that gives quality solutions to different educational gaps, foster different innovations, deliver excellent teaching and learning experiences and offer a wide range of programs and projects that will produce globally competitive, highly competent and productive Malipampang ES learners.

To put all of this vision, the Malipampang Elementary School has formulated its Flagship Program within a six-year period to address possible solutions to all of its identified challenges in all aspect of School operations that will tap the four pillars which are Access, Equity, Quality and Resiliency and Well-Being.
