Introduction
The EMEP stands for the establishment of the Madrasah Education Progran in the SDO that started in 2023 and continue until today. This program gathers Muslim learners in the SDO and encourage them to attend the program which was originally offered in Malitam Elementary School and Julian A, Pastor Memorial Elementary School. Every year, the enrolment increases as the start of the offering begun with a ALIVE 1 and progressing each year until today that the SDO is now offering the Grade 4 level.

The EMEP had recieved positive response from the Muslim Communities in Batangas City. On its third year of implementation, SDO Batangas City expanded to Batangas City South Elementary school. The original 2 teachers has now increased to 7, three of them are passer of Qualifying Examination for Arabic Language and Islamic Studies (QEALIS)
The Program now has 132 Muslim Learners in three schools with the able support of Batangas City government.
