The Learner Rights and Protection Office (LRPO) is an office created to ensure that learners are protected, provided with safe and sound learning environment that is free from any kind of abuse, exploitations, conflicts and threats to their development and well-being. 

  

The Learner Rights and Protection Office (LRPO) acknowledges the roles and duties of the parents, school personnel and community in the holistic development of the learners through providing and protecting their rights. The office emphasizes more collaboration and strong partnerships among stakeholders in ensuring the rights and welfare of the learners in maintain a conflict-free environment as part of Department of Education’s goal in providing learners quality education. 


The Learner Rights and Protection Office (LRPO) envisions that learners are more protected and safe in the environment through positive and non-violent discipline. Through these, acquisition of knowledge and more interactions among learners are highly attainable.
