It was year 1992 when from western barangays of Lal-lo realized the hardship of their children in commuting everyday just to attend to their secondary level of education. They began to worry about their children’s safety. This was brought about by some accidents that had happened in the past and so they thought of putting up a school in their place not knowing as to where to construct this school. On the other hand, the idea of building the school for the students of western barangays has been conceived for so long by Mayor Orlando B. Baingan, Kagawad Ernesto P. Bolando, and Kagawad Florante P. Paat. And so they planned to put up a school for the benefit of the students in western part of Lal-lo, and to be funded by the Municipal Government. And so when parents came to seek for their help, the Mayor did not hesitate to say YES but the problem was where to build this school. There was no lot available. The same thought came from Mr. Renato Invierno and Mr. Jose Pascua who were bothered about the situation of the students commuting.
The mayor, the parents, Kagawad Ernesto P. Bolando, Kagawad Florante P. Paat, Mr. Renato Invierno and Mr. Jose Pascua workedand panned together for the realization of such dream. GOD was so good when suddenly at the surprise of everyone, Mr. Renato Invierno and Mr. Jose Pascua offered their lots without any words of request from the parents. The two good Samaritans were very willing to give a piece of their vast land. Mr. Renato Invierno gave one half hectare and another one hectare by Mr. Jose Pascua it was enough to start a barangay high school. May 1993, the idea of putting up a school materialized. Two classrooms were constructed through the help of the municipal government. On June 1993, regular classes began.
During its first year of operation, there were only thirty-two students and they were not sure if they could finish fourth year high school on this newly established school. Miss Mary Ann T. Aranas was the very first teacher of Lallo High School ( Logac Annex) who started reporting May of 1993 followed by Mr. Mario P. Bolando who reported June 2, 1993. The two teachers were hard up in handling the different subjects to be taught not until Mrs. Emilinda C. Pascua came to rescue on Jul 16, 1993. The following year, the number of students increased but the number of teaches was he same. Just as classes were about to start, on its third year of operation, three teachers were added on the list. These were: Mrs. Marygrace C. Balisi, Mrs. Evelyn J. Rojas and Mrs. Jean G. Fontiveros maing the faculty members into six. The three additional teachers were being funded by the municipal government until Mrs. Jean G. Fontiveros was nationalized August of 1995, then Mrs. Marygrace C. Balisi and Mrs. Evelyn J. Rojas were given national items on June 1996. School year 1996-1997 came and four more teachers were sent to Lallo High School ( Logac Annex) making the total number of teachers into ten, and they were Mr. Renato B. Invierno, Mr. Jose B. Pascua, and the incumbent vice-mayor Retired Colonel and Honorable Dominador B. Invierno – the idea of building a school had never been materialized, it might still be a dream or an idea until now. The students, parents, teachers and the community forever remember you in general.
