Tropical Storm Dante maintains strength, on way out

MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Dante maintained its strength but it was expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) this afternoon or evening, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
