Junior High School (JHS) comprises of grades 7 to 10 (ages 12 to 16). Students who complete elementary education at grade 6 automatically progress to Junior High School (JHS). The JHS core curriculum includes the same subjects as the elementary curriculum, with English and Filipino being used as the language of instruction, depending on the subject.
