HISTORY OF JUAN T. PAGDANGANAN MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
During the time of Governor Roberto M. Pagdanganan as Governor of Bulacan, his own barangay Sto. Nino located on the town of Calumpit, province of Bulacan had no school yet. And so the young schoolers of the barangay had to go to nearby school, Caniogan Elementary School for schooling.
At that time, Governor Roberto M. Pagdanganan thought of building a school for his barangay. He opened the school in Sto. Nino during the school year 1990-1991 with the grade one and two classrooms were opened, Mrs. San Pedro and Mrs. Pacita olive were the first teachers assigned and the school was extension of Caniogan Elementary School up to the year 2002-2003. At the same time the name Juan T. Pagdanganan Memorial Elementary School was approved by DECS. Through the joint effort of PTCA officers and parents they tried their best to turned Juan T. Pagdanganan Memorial Elementary School to a complete elementary in 2002.
The school site which has an area of 6825 square meters was donated by Pagdanganan family headed by their father Juan T. Pagdanganan Sr.
Presently, the school is being managed by a Teacher In-Charge, Mr. Jonas S. Rubiales with 9 teachers and one watchman.
