Hello, Inductees! Welcome to the Induction Readiness and Improvement for Starting Employees (I-RISE) Program.
I-RISE is a 4-week, self-paced learning program designed for newly-hired and newly-promoted employees of DepEd Region IV-A CALABARZON. This program aims to support your transition, enhance your professional growth, and strengthen your readiness as you take on your roles and responsibilities in the Department.
You are encouraged to explore each module at your own pace, reflect on the lessons, and connect the learning experiences to your actual work. The program consists of 10 modules for newly-hired employees and 5 modules for newly-promoted employees.
We hope this self-learning journey will be meaningful, engaging, and beneficial as you begin or continue your commitment to public service.

I-RISE is an induction program for newly-hired employees of DepEd IV-A CALABARZON designed to help them understand DepEd’s mandate, policies, processes, culture, and their roles as public servants. Inductees are required to complete 10 learning modules to support their smooth transition into the organization.

I-RISE: PROMOTE supports newly-promoted employees by providing updated knowledge, essential competencies, and guidance to help them transition effectively into their expanded roles and responsibilities. Participants are required to complete 5 learning modules focused on professional growth and role readiness.

For newly-hired employees of DepEd Region IV-A CALABARZON, please proceed to the I-RISE module. For newly-promoted employees, please access the I-RISE PROMOTE module.
Kindly take time to read and study each module carefully. You may skip or disregard the activities/tasks included and focus on understanding the key concepts and lessons presented.
After completing your module, an assessment will be provided to check your understanding and learning.

Now that you have completed studying the modules, it’s time to take the assessment and check your understanding of the lessons learned. Good luck!
This assessment consists of 50 items covering the 10 modules for newly-hired employees. A passing score of 38 points and above is required to successfully complete the assessment.
This assessment consists of 25 items covering the 5 modules for newly-promoted employees. A passing score of 19 points and above is required to successfully complete the assessment.
We appreciate your time and effort in answering the assessment. You will be informed if a retake is required. Otherwise, a Certificate of Completion will be provided upon successful completion of the assessment.
