Pinalalakas ang kapasidad ang mga guidance counselor at mga guro at isinusulong ang pagtuturo ng responsible parenthood at reproductive health sa mga paaralan.

(b) Pagdisenyo ng kurikulum

(c) School environment na umaalalay at gumagabay

(d) Pagpapaloob ng reproductive health at responsible parenthood

(e) Pagsali ng impormasyon sa responsible parenthood at reproductive health sa mga aktibidad ng mga guro, magulang at mag-aaral
