Hinigaran Elementary School-B, is from the Schools Division of Negros Occidental, District of Hinigaran-I, with School ID 117, 114, is situated along Aguinaldo St., Hinigaran, Negros Occidental. It is on this premise that the school has always committed itself to continue promoting and providing quality and relevant basic education to all HES-Bnians learners.
The school's land area is 7,962.86 square meters in total. The school is easily accessible by foot, tricycle, or any other vehicle ride because it is located at the center of the town. Due to its location behind Hinigaran Elementary School-A and Saint Mary Magdalene Parish Church, it is accessible to all students. According to the School Site Development Plan, it currently contains 30 instructional classrooms.

Aguinaldo Street, Barangay III-Poblacion, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental is the location of Hinigaran Elementary School-B. Its signature location is behind Saint Mary Magdalene Parish Church, next to the public plaza. The Poblacion and several surrounding barangays make up the school's four catchment areas. Tricycles are the primary source of intra-town transit for the school's 878 students, who also use motor vehicles for transportation.The remaining students are located inside the boundaries of the town and can be reached on foot, by tricycle, or by any other type of vehicle.
The school is located in a low-lying ground covered with green grasses. Even on summer day, but became flooded on rainy days. This occurrence was traced on water passages that made flood water stagnant especially during high tides. The level of the school ground is below the road level which causes flood water to flow back in the lower ground. The west of the school, most families depend on fishing on their means of livelihood, in the other side some of the families are vendors, owners of some establishment, employees of the LGU, some are in medical employment because where in an urban area, offices of like municipal hall, hospitals, public plaza, market, department stores are just a walking distance.
For the past years, the school had been consistent its accomplishment due to strong support of the local government (LGU), barangay, municipality and provincial in terms of repairs, supplies, part of the electric bills paid through LSB, private organizations and individuals for the donations of supplies, books, classrooms’ needs, NGOs like Quidan Kaisahan our partner with PARDOS, Alumni organization, PTA through projects physical and supplies.
The school regularly sets priorities and keeps an eye on its improvements shared and supported by the stakeholders. Other initiatives include enhancing students' literacy and fundamental abilities, and enhancing the school's physical appearance by renovating its new facilities. The participation of the stakeholders in school was evident during the Brigada Eskwela and other activities of the school.
