How to Get Your Google Workspace Account

The Department of Education (DepEd) makes Google Workspace for Education accounts available for all office staff, public school employees, and public school learners.

These accounts aim to provide unified Google Workspace services for the whole DepEd enterprise.

Single Sign-On

Teachers and learners shall receive accounts that use the deped.gov.ph domain for all official email addresses.

They can easily access various online services provided by DepEd using a single account.

Benefits of DepEd Accounts

Teachers’ and learners’ accounts provide them access to tools that support teaching and learning activities.

These tools enable them to do the following:

    • Access institution-wide email

    • Manage assignments and documents

    • Manage administrative tasks

    • Schedule learning activities and calendars

    • Hold and attend live classroom activities through video and voice conferencing or prerecorded materials

DepEd will provision and set up learners’ accounts according to the latest status of learners from their respective schools; the School ICT Coordinator receives these accounts from DepEd and distributes the same to learners.
