Our 2nd Quarter Periodical Exam will be done online through our Google Site. Please read and follow these instructions carefully:

1. Click “Subject” on the homepage.

2. Read all directions first before answering.

3. You can only take the exam once, so be sure you're ready before you begin. 

4. Type your full name, section, and subject correctly.

5. Answer all questions carefully. You can only submit once.

6. Do not refresh or close the tab while taking the exam.

7. You may use scratch paper for solving if needed.

8. Submit your answers by clicking “Submit” at the end of the form.

9. Make sure you have a stable internet connection before starting.
