1.QATAME will require to use their personal DepEd Gmail for the confirmation of their attendance in every school seminar. A copy of their responses will be sent on their DepEd Gmail. This will serve as their proof of attendance for the instance of a database crash.

- For the newly hired teachers that did not have DepEd Gmail yet, they can use their personal email. Newly hired teachers may request to the School ICT Coordinator for their DepEd Gmail Account the week after the Seminar Proper.

- For the teachers who forgot their DepEd Gmail Account (and/or password), they can use their personal email. For the teachers who forget their DepEd Gmail Account (and/or password), they are permitted to use their personal email only for the said seminar proper in prompt of the incident of account loss. They can request either retrieval or create a new account with the School ICT Coordinator the week after the Seminar Proper.

2. Evaluation link is only available per email. Hence, it is advisable to use a personal gadget to access the link using their email.

3. Department Presidents will monitor the QATAME Enhanced Monitoring Evaluation System (QEMES). Hence, reminding their constituents in answering the evaluation in each seminar.

4. The link will be released by QATAME Officers. The Evaluation Link is available after the day’s session. The link will be available up to 11:59 PM of the said day.

5. QATAME can be used for the basis of the seminar certificate. Hence, the correct provision of information is necessary. All personal information is bounded to the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012)
