CONTENT DEVELOPER 

WRITER AND EVALUATOR: ROMMEL M. MAGCALAS is a Licensed Professional Teacher (October 2022) and a Civil Service Professional Passer (Level II, August 2019). He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Bataan Peninsula State University in 2011. He also completed 24 units in the Certificate in Teacher Education (2020), earned 9 units in the Master in Engineering Management (2019), and is currently pursuing a Master in Education Management, with 21 units completed. Before entering the teaching profession, he gained valuable industry experience as a Project Engineer at NIDEC Subic Philippines (2012–2015) and as a Technical Specialist under the New Product Introduction (NPI) of DELL products at iQor in Penang, Malaysia (2015–2017). He began his teaching career at the University of Nueva Caceres–Bataan (2017–2019), where he taught Calculus and Physics to Senior High School STEM students. He later served at St. Francis National High School, Limat, Bataan (2019–2024), holding various leadership positions such as Mathematics Department Head, Learning Resource Management and Development System (LRMDS) Coordinator, School Librarian, Brigada Eskwela Coordinator, and Faculty President. Since 2024, he has been serving as a Teacher V at Pagalanggang National High School, Dinalupihan, Bataan, where he teaches Senior High School learners and actively contributes to various school programs and initiatives.
