Fabrica Elementary School was established in 1952. FES is the 2nd biggest school in Bula North District in terms of school children population manned by 25 regular permanent teachers headed by a lady principal. Fabrica Elementary School is situated at the center of Barangay Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur, adjacent to Fabrica High School, and 100 meters from the Barangay Hall. It is 3.5 kilometers from the Maharlika Highway passing through Portico Road, 7 kilometers from the town proper and 19 kilometers to the Division Office.
This school was opened by Mr. Sulpicio Roco, the father of the late Senator /DepEd Secretary Raul Roco whose family were once residents of this place. It started from a one-teacher school with a classroom made of bamboo and coconut leaves in SY 1957-1958. It was in this school that the Late Senator Raul Roco attended his Grade I.
After several years, it grew into a bigger complete elementary school, known as Fabrica Elementary School headed by the late Mr. Vicente Oliver as Teacher-in-Charge (TIC). In 1980, it was converted into a Principal position with Mr. Vicente Oliver as pioneer Principal, with 13 teachers. When he retired in 1985 he was replaced by Mr. Alberto Palencia with 16 teachers. He retired in 2006 and was replaced by Mrs. Lourdes M. Esta since then until September 20, 2016 when Mrs. Ana Fe L. Guinoo was installed as the new School Principal I.
