📑 ONLINE SUBMISSION GUIDE

Role: Field Result Entry & Document Submission

Goal: To transmit accurate, signed game results from the venue to the RDC.

1. ACCESS THE PORTAL 📲

   • Open https://sites.google.com/deped.gov.ph/evraa2026.

   • Go to the "Submit Tab" or scan the QR Code on your Final Game Results form.

2. DIGITAL ENTRY ✍️

   • Select your Sport and Event Category.

   • Enter the Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners (SDO Name).

3. PHOTO EVIDENCE (REQUIRED) 📸

   • Take a clear photo of the Official Final Results Form (signed by both the Director and Secretary).

   • Upload the photo directly into the Google Form.

4. PHYSICAL HANDOVER 🏃‍♂️

   • Proceed to the RDC Central Hub and submit the original signed hard copy.

   • The result is only "Verified" once the physical copy matches the digital entry.
