This page serves as the avenue for the entry level teaching position aspirants to register as official applicants for any of the Teacher I positions, download the electronic Application Form (eApps) and submit the soft copies of the required pre-qualification documents as well as the duly accomplished eApps.
The entry level teaching positions may be available in any of the following school levels:
Teacher I in Kindergarten
SPET I in Special Education
Teacher I in General Education
Teacher I in Junior High School, and
Teacher I in Senior High School.
NOTE: If ever a vacant position for Special Education Teacher I is available, which is equivalent to Salary Grade 14, the aspirant is hereby advised to contact the Division HRMO first for information and guidance before filling out the eApps.
A. Registration as Entry Level Teaching Position Applicant
Applicants for Entry Level Teaching Positions are hereby requested to register first for the aspirant to be able to download the electronic Application Form (eApps). Kindly use fresh copy of the eApps for each position that you apply. It simply means that the applicant shall register for every position he/she is applying for.
B. Submission of Duly Accomplished Electronic Application Form
Applicants for Entry Level Teaching Positions are reminded that ONLY the duly accomplished electronic Application Forms in macro-enabled format submitted using the Official Submission Button shall be considered for further steps of the screening process.
NOTE: The accomplished eApps that are NOT computer generated and the accomplished eApps with changed computer-generated filename cannot be processed during the Review Stage and the Validation Stage.
C. Criteria and the Evaluation Procedures
Applicants for Entry Level Teaching Positions are provided herein some brief guides on how their application would be processed and evaluated.
D. Remedies for eApps not Functioning Well
Applicants who have experienced some errors during the filling out of the eApps may use the button for DIY solutions and for access form to raise concerns on serious errors to the eApps developer.
