School-Based Feeding Program

On September 8, 2025, Tricia D. Polintan, our Administrative Officer, picked up the nutritional food packs, sterilized milk, and pasteurized milk for Week 1 of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) at Engr. Vicente R. Cruz Memorial School. A total of 170 beneficiaries received their nutritious food packs for the week.
For Week 1 (September 8–12, 2025), the following items were distributed:
Day 1: E-Nutribun Squash Flavor 40g and Fruit Juice Mangosteen 150mL
Day 2: E-Nutribun Carrots 80g
Day 3: Vegetable Chips
Day 4: Brown Rice Nutty Fruity Bar 50g
Day 5: Iron Fortified Rice 250g
During the feeding sessions, learners were also reminded about proper health practices and table manners, ensuring that nutrition education complemented the feeding activity.
On September 15, 2025, Ms. Polintan once again retrieved the nutritional food packs, sterilized milk, and pasteurized milk for Week 2 from Engr. Vicente R. Cruz Memorial School. The 170 SBFP beneficiaries continued to receive healthy and balanced food items designed to improve their nutritional status.
For Week 2 (September 15–19, 2025), the food packs included:
Day 1: Karabun 80g
Day 2: E-Nutribun and Purple Sweet Potato 40g with All Natural Fruit Juice
Day 3: Rice Mongo Crunchies 30g and All Natural Fruit Juice 150mL
Day 4: Iron Fortified Rice 250g
Day 5: RTE Arrozcaldo Brown Rice in a Cup 200g
Throughout the program, DGMMS remains committed to improving the health and well-being of its learners. The School-Based Feeding Program not only provides nourishment but also promotes the value of healthy eating habits and good manners, helping our students become healthier and more active learners.
