DJES Aim for the BEST!
We move as one for the progress and holistic development of our dear pupils.
It is this coming home again that I anticipated the best camaraderie to all my coworkers of the school, the parents, the officials of two barangays, Jurisdiccion and Dugayung and all education stakeholders.
I was a teacher then in this school and i return as principal, still a willingly public servant to our future generation.
God bless us all!

Greetings of HOPE for all! The School Year had been challenging one for most of us when COVID-19 Pandemic strikes us all wherein schools all over the world closed their buildings for an impossible face-to face learning Classroom instruction. It was paralyzed resulting to children finding themselves in their own houses just to continue quality education. As D-JES implements the School Basic Education Continuity Plan, another calamity, Typhoon Ulysess pummeled down Northeastern Luzon leaving widespread damages. The sector of education was not spared. For one, the Dugayung-Jurisdiccion Elementary School had its unfortunate share in the catastrophe. Several Academic Buildings were damage by the flood. The school materials inside these buildings were left devastated.
All these, consider as trying times while we are guided with the time-honored mantra: “It is not how many times we fall but how we are willing to rise up every time we stumble.”
As the School Head of this academic institution, I should stand as an inspiration to rise when trials are overwhelming the learners, the teacher and the school. I needed to keep an image of optimism that eventually we will all surpass events like this.
The process is neither abrupt, but the broken pieces, I firmly believe, will soon be fixed. Of course, I cannot do it all by my own.
To the teaching staff, students and parents, I will always be thankful for standing with me during these challenging times. And I have to admit that you really are all my source of strength. We are certain that, although we do not know when our spirits will be tried one more time. May we not leave each other’s company.
It is important that we should rise and rebuild what was broken and let’s just believe to our Almighty God creator that this pandemic will end soon so we do our pledge to provide the children a venue to be educated in the most excellent way we can.
It is with great honor and pride too, that I congratulate the brilliant ICT Coordinators, Mrs. Katherynne V. Cardenas & Mrs. Luisa C. Rendon for braving themselves to create this WEB PAGE. I have seen how you worked hard even having sleepless nights for the final laying-out and editing. I believe it is this strong drive, courage, diligence and determination coupled with the support and cooperation in everyone of the school which led to the completion and realization of this Web.
GOOD LUCK & KUDOS!
D-JES will rise once again!
