Home visitation is a type of service delivery model that can be used to provide many different kinds of intervention to target participants. With the mode of learning delivery that ANHS adopted in which modular learning delivery mode, most of students felt hardship in the battle of learning in this pandemic. To response this anguish of most students, the whole team of ANHS came up with plan to reach out students specially those who are at risk in their academics and in need of assistance. A five consecutive days were scheduled for the activity . It started April 5—9, 2021. With five groups both Junior High School and Senior High School with different daily route and tasks to perform. Tasks were anchored depending on the needs of the students who were identified to cater the said program. Respective advisers were the one’s in charge to identify students who are at risk and what assistance that demands immediate action.
