MODULE 1: ANALOGY
The term that means "word relationship" is analogy. It is like a word puzzle. It contains two pairs of words that show relationship. In this module, you will learn the five types of analogy: antonyms, synonyms, cause and effect, part to whole, and location.

MODULE 3: ACTIVE AND PASSIVE VOICES
In grammar, the voice of a verb describes the relation between the action that the verb expresses and the subject/object. When the subject of the sentence is the doer of the action, the verb is in active voice. When the subject receives the action, then the verb is in passive voice.

MODULE 4: SIMPLE PAST TENSE
The simple past is a verb tense that is used to talk about something that happened or existed before now. We also simple past to list a series of completed actions in the past. Don't forget that time markers are also used in this tense.

MODULE 5: PAST PERFECT TENSE
The past perfect tense describes actions that happened in the past but ended at a specific moment. It is formed by adding 'had' to the past participle of the verb.
had + past participle of a verb
had given ; had left ; had played
The past perfect is used to express:
a) completed action before another begins (both in the past);
b) actions of duration before something in the past
c) conditional statements
d) reported speech; and
e) show dissatisfaction with the past.
