This web page is created for the purpose of linking the Google Form on the Time Attendance Monitoring (TAM) only to teaching and non-teaching personnel of DepEd Dalaguete District I. This is only an online support to easily access the view form link. The School ICT Coordinators shall be provided the MS Excel file format every end of the month for sorting and printing purposes.
