CID-Valenzuela fully implements the basic education curriculum and enforces curriculum standards to provide assistance to the districts, schools, and learning centers for effective management and implementation of the curriculum through the management of programs, projects and activities.

Exhibits and shares research-based exemplary practice in intensifying support for curriculum innovation through curriculum contextualization by leading colleagues in innovating strategies for improved display of professional practice of school leaders and teachers towards improved learning outcomes.
Learning Resource Management
Models exemplary practices in providing support for learning resource management and spearheads in the design and implementation of activities that supports learning resource development to make responsive schools and learning centers.
Assessment and Reporting
Shows exemplary leadership skills in applying a wide range of intervention strategies based on learning outcomes assessment data and communicating results to stakeholders through communities of practice for shared accountability to support schools and learning centers.
Curriculum Program Implementation Review
Quality-assures the implementation of its PPAs, Systems, and Processes through the conduct of quarterly and year-end curriculum implementation exit reviews for adjustments, calibrations and improvements of the teaching-learning process.
Curriculum framework operates on its (5) unique yet mutually reinforcing areas towards the implementation of a relevant, responsive, and progressive basic education curriculum to support school leaders and teachers in the division to produce competent, job-ready, active, and responsible citizens.
