School Profile
Cabading Elementary School is a rural school located at Marcos Highway, Sitio Cabading, Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City at the vicinity of Antipolo National Science and Technology High School with a total land area of 486 square meter. It is 12.5 kilometers away from the city propoer. The school has eight (8) standard classrooms and an official Principal's room built under the sponsorship of Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) on March 2018. It is now headed by Head Teacher I, Mrs. Evangeline C. Paahon, with 18 teachers from Kinder to Grade Six and Dr. Michael T. Tayona serves as Public Schools District Superintendent/II-E Monitoring Official.
Strengths
Cabading Elementary School is one of the competitive schools in the division. It bagged the award as Best SBM Implementer for SY 2020-2021. Over the past three years, Cabading Elementary School continuously increased its enrollment from 527 in 2020 to 588 in 2021 and 709 this school year.
With the support of internal and external stakeholders, the school were able to deliver quality education amidst the pandemic. Through the collaboration of the school head, teachers and stakeholders, the school was able to implement projects and activities to prepare the school for the safe return of classes and enhance learning delivery.
The school also implemented innovation project like CI Project READ.TO last SY2021-2022 and one of the CI Project presented during the 7th CIP Symposium. The CI Project READ.TO addressed the gaps in literacy of learners during pandemic.
Due to the pandemic, there was a big change in the teaching-learning delivery. In response to this, teachers were encouraged to have professional development by attending seminars and trainigs that will equip them with new strategies and techniques in teaching. Teachers also attended INSET and other workshops to cope with the new norml education system.
