School History

One of the first night high school in Cebu City established and open by former member and chairman of Committee on Education of Cebu City Council and presently the Cebu City Hon. Jay Augustus Young is City Central Night High School with the authority as extension of Florencio Urot Memorial National High School way back in 1994.

The school is designed to cater the working students who have no time attending classes in day time. Teachers and support Personnel are paid for hour charge against Special Education Fun of the Cebu City Government.

City Central Night High School was the first managed by the City Central School Principal, Mrs. Agustina Del Mar with five hundred students enrolled.
