This activity aims to:

• Equip designated division and school assessors on the guidelines, tools, and processes of the Expanded Career Progression System;

• Ensure  standardized and fair assessment of teacher applicants for career progression;

• Strengthen the division’s pool of qualified assessors in line with EO 174, s. 2022;

• Deepen rater’s understanding of various Classroom Observable Indicators (COIs); and

• Provide technical assistance (TA) in linking observation notes with the Classroom Observation Tool (COT).
