The Baggao National School of Arts and Trades adopted the policy to prevent any act of child abuse, exploitation, violence, discrimination, bullying and other forms of peer abuse, as mandated under the implementation rules and regulations(IRR) of Republic Act No. 10627 otherwise known as the Anti-bullying Act of 2013 and Deped Order No. 40,s,2012.

It is the policy of BNSAT to create, promote and maintain a respectful,safe,secures stimulating and supportive learning environment in order to optimize student safety and effectiveness.
