Nowadays, the corona virus disease(COVID-19) outbreak became a source of stress to the people. We have all been experiencing worry and anxiety during this time of pandemic but learning must go on and continue.

Hope is a personal resource that can be developed and fostered and which is essential in for coping learning and this can be applied during this time. It gives individuals source of strength to continue life and learning with optimism despite the challenges encountered during this crisis. Together with hope, resilience can help us get through and overcome hardship.
