BINI Gwen

Gweneth Llaguno Apuli, known mononymously as Gwen, is a Filipino singer, dancer, and rapper born on June 19, 2003, in Daraga, Albay, Philippines. She is a member of the Filipino girl group BINI, where she serves as one of the lead vocalists and lead rappers. The youngest of five siblings and the only daughter, Gwen developed a strong sense of responsibility after losing her father at the age of four. She began singing at three years old and later joined events and pageants, including placing first runner-up in a 2019 beauty pageant in Legazpi, Albay. Gwen appeared as a housemate on Pinoy Big Brother: Otso (Batch 3) and, following her eviction, was recruited to train under Star Hunt Academy in 2019. After two years of training, she officially debuted with BINI in 2021. Known for her calm demeanor and versatility, Gwen is admired not only for her modeling and stage presence but also for her supportive nature within the group. In 2025, she graduated from the Japan-Philippines Institute of Technology. With BINI, she has achieved major milestones, including over 5 million monthly Spotify listeners and becoming the first Filipino act to perform at KCON Los Angeles. Her dedication to her family and her craft continues to inspire fans.
