She is a member of the Filipino girl group BINI, serving as one of the lead vocalists and lead rappers. Gwen is the youngest of five siblings and the only female among them. Her father passed away when she was four years old, which instilled in her a strong sense of responsibility to help her family. She began singing at the age of three and participated in various events and pageants, winning first runner-up in a beauty pageant in Legazpi, Albay, in 2019. Gwen graduated from the Japan-Philippines Institute of Technology in 2025.
