Welcome to our class website! I am Ma. Jewel Tierra, a dedicated educator at Bangued East Central School, where I have been nurturing young minds for over five years. I specialize in Early Childhood Education, ensuring that my students build a strong foundation in reading, numeracy, and holistic development.

I hold a Bachelor of Elementary Education, Major in Pre-Elementary Education, and I am currently a proud Department of Education LisQup NEAP Scholar pursuing my Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education at Philippine Normal University. Additionally, I have taken graduate units in Educational Management, further enriching my leadership and instructional skills.

As an advocate for engaging and meaningful learning, I believe that every child has the potential to excel when given the right support, encouragement, and a nurturing environment. My teaching philosophy centers on active learning, creativity, and student-centered approaches, fostering both academic and social-emotional growth.

Beyond the classroom, I am actively involved in various school programs, including the National Learning Camp, Supreme Elementary Learners Government (SELG), and General Parent-Teacher Association (GPTA). I also collaborate with my colleagues on initiatives such as Project KINDER, promoting physical activity and student well-being.
