Bayawan City School for the Arts (BCSA) is a joint initiative of the Local Government Unit of Byawan City headed by City Mayor John T. Raymond Jr., and School Division Office of Bayawan City led by Dr. Anelito A. Bongcawil.

BCSA provides students with a chance to develop and enhance their talents in the following arts fields: Visual Arts, Music Arts and Dance Arts. It also aims to create young artist with easthetic potential who will preserve and enrich Filipino culture and heritage.
