Bacayan Elementary School will hold its Brigada Eskwela from June 9 to June 13, 2025, in preparation for the opening of classes. This week-long activity invites teachers, parents, students, and community volunteers to work together in cleaning, repairing, and improving school facilities to create a safe and conducive learning environment.
Enrollment for the School Year 2025–2026 will also take place during this period. Parents and guardians are encouraged to enroll their children early while participating in or supporting the Brigada Eskwela activities.

Bacayan Elementary School successfully launched the Week 1 of its Learners’ Remediation Program, aimed at helping students strengthen their foundational skills as they prepare for the new academic year.
Held during the first week of school opening, the program focused on addressing learning gaps in key subjects such as Mathematics, English, and Filipino. Teachers provided targeted instruction and engaging activities tailored to the specific needs of learners who require additional academic support.
This initiative is part of the school’s commitment to ensure that no learner is left behind. It also supports the Department of Education’s goal of enhancing learning recovery, especially after disruptions caused by previous school year adjustments.
With active participation from students, teachers, and parents, Week 1 of the remediation program sets a strong start for a productive and inclusive school year.
Bacayan Elementary School conducted a successful Management Committee (ManCom) Dissemination Meeting, gathering all teaching and non-teaching staff to discuss important updates and directives from the recent division-level ManCom conference.
During the session, key topics were shared including updates on curriculum implementation, learning recovery programs, school performance targets, and upcoming DepEd initiatives. The meeting also served as a venue to align the school’s goals with the division's priorities for the school year.
The dissemination was led by the school head, who emphasized the importance of teamwork, accountability, and proactive planning. Teachers actively participated in discussions and shared insights on how to effectively carry out the directives in their respective grade levels.
The successful conduct of the ManCom Dissemination reflects Bacayan ES’s commitment to excellence and collaborative leadership in delivering quality education to all learners.
