Food Processing provides Senior High School learners with profound knowledge and skills to acquire an NC II. The core competencies include: Salting, Curing & Smoking, Process Food by Sugar Concentration, Fermentation and Pickling, and Thermal Processing.
Aquaculture also known as aquafarming is the farming of aquatic organisms, including fish, mollusks, crustaceans, and aquatic plants. The Abulug School of Fisheries strengthens its partnership with the stakeholders/Government Agencies like RFTC and BFAR for a more efficient implementation of its fishery program.
