Electronic Application Form

The electronic Application Form, otherwise called as the eApps, serves as the official application form adopted by DepEd SDO Biliran for the teacher applicants, school administration position applicants, related-teaching position applicants and non-teaching position applicants. The eApps is used to expedite the process of validating the applicants' qualification information and of consolidating individual applicant's screening results.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE ELECTRONIC APPLICATION FORM

1. Kindly click the Download Button.

2. In the Spreadsheet Window, click FILE then DOWNLOAD and then Microsoft Excel (.xlsm)

3. In the window bar, click the little tab ^ and then the SHOW IN FOLDER.

4. In the Download Folder, do right click on the file and click PROPERTIES.

5. In the small Properties Window, click the UNBLOCK.

4. Place the downloaded eApps in either Desktop or My Documents.

5. Start filling out the electronic Application Form with your portfolio available at hand.
